"I know he is busy but no return phone calls after a few attempts I went with another vendor. Good guy but my job was right in the middle of his jobs that he already had in the works. It would have been nice to hear from somebody even the person that answers the phone. Therefore, the three and I don't usually do that, after three phone messages I always call my clients back and say something; Whether I cannot do it or I'll get to it. I will still call him again. I know he's good and in demand. Communication is important in this business these days. I have been in his shoes before."
