"Paul came to our home to investigate a worn and very rough operating sliding glass door to our deck. Paul was courteous and appeared knowledgeable. He also was looking for the most economical way to fix our sliding glass door problem, rather trying to sell us a costly replacement. On his visit, Paul temporarily improved the door operation, but told us he would need to research parts needed for a longer term repair solution. He emailed us info about possible kits the next day, so all good there.
Only complaint is that he worked with the screen door open, allowing some bugs to enter the house. Not a big deal, but could have been avoided pretty easily."

"Paul did a great job for me, replacing thermal pane glass in a 30 year old full size sliding door unit. He also fixed the rotted wood at the base and cleaned the tracks and reset the rollers. It saved me a lot of time and effort. The cost was 1/4 of replacing the whole thing. In this day and age it’s very hard to find someone that can ‘fix’ something and impossible to find glass replacement people. It’s a lost art. Paul got it done for me."
