"Did a great job on a pretty intricate project to replace the glass face on a 2 ft. round wall clock.Thought it might be too small a job with little margin but was done quickly and perfectly. Clock looks a lot more expensive now with that face replaced than before."

"We broke an old sliding window in our kitchen. I stumbled across The Glass Guru and loved Norm's story. Nearly every one of his reviews were 5 stars, so I called for a price. It seemed very fair. Norm was very personable and made arrangements to have someone come out the next day. Tom and Eric did a great job of getting the window out, replacing the glass, and reinstalling it perfectly. They were quick and efficient. Thank you for a job well done with a fair price, and excellent customer service! I will definitely call them when I'm ready to install impact windows!"

"I called Glass Guru for some quotes on glass for a few tables. Norm was very good to tell me the differences from tempered and non tempered glass. I measured my pieces and received a very good estimate. When I recorded the glass my measurements that I gave to the Glass Guru were not perfect. In talking to Norm he worked with me to round the edges and make two pieces fit very well. Doing this with tempered glass is a risk and I agreed to go for it. His craftsman protected the pieces and did a great job. The one piece that I measured poorly I preferred a new piece which I measured more carefully and it came out perfect.
Norm is a pleasure to deal with and took great care of me. If you do t know glass well don't hesitate to ask questions or request a custome measurement. All in all it worked out great and the pieces look great in my house."
