"I found the Glass Guru while searching for a business that would replace a large picture frame window in my home. Nearly every glass retailer only wanted to sell me a minimum of four to five hurricane windows and would not or could not offer me a replacement for a single picture frame window that I was looking for. I stumbled on the Glass Guru , read the reviews and decided to give them a call. Norm, the owner picked up the phone and spoke with me for a good bit of time and asked me to take a few pictures and send them to him, which I did. A few minutes later we then spoke about the possibility of replacing the window which he could do within a short period of time. I felt confident with Norm and so I put down a deposit and he promptly ordered me a window which took about 10 to 14 days to be made. Once the window was in, it was promptly placed in my home by his two service people, Eric and Tom. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, attentive and courteous. They promptly installed my window without any complications and cleaned up after themselves. Once the window was installed I got a phone call from Norm approximately an hour later to see how things were. Just superb customer service!.

Now I know who to call if I ever need another window or shower door for my home. I give the Glass Guru my highest recommendation. If you're in need of a window replacement, make no further calls as you won't be disappointed after calling the Glass Guru!"
