"This was an important job, as windows provide our homes with light, warmth and beauty. A window is a portal to the outside world that allows light, air, the sounds of nature and beauty to pass through. Happy to say our window turned out great! A huge, nearly wall-sized arch window that had originally come with the home twenty years ago was in dire need of replacement. After researching and interviewing several local glass replacement companies in the area, I went with Glass Guru, based on reviews and discussions with the staff. I got a good feeling that everyone on the team was knowledgeable, courteous and dedicated to the customer's satisfaction. They educated me on low e glass and made me confident I was selecting the best version for the job to limit heat and fading of furniture and flooring from the sun. When the custom glass panes were ready, the first attempt at replacement was less than successful, as their vendor hadn't quite fabricated the complicated (non-square, non-rectangular) window pane patterns correctly. When I pointed this out, Sherilynne the owner soon showed up at my home to review the situation. She assured me not to worry, and that the job would be redone and to my complete satisfaction. This turned out to be the case - and we now love the way our window looks. My wife and I are avid gardeners and the window looks out to a glorious garden. It brings me great joy every time I enter the room and view our botanical paradise."
