"Hector was super professional and did a great repair job on our rear broken window."
"Called them for an estimate to repair 2 casement bay window gaskets, and couldn't be happier with their service. I had spoken with a few other places and felt like a couple of them weren't being as honest as they could have been, but Glass Guru was the opposite. Talked through all the options, pros and cons, as part of the estimate instead of just "this is how it is" like some of the other places, and when it was done the work was excellent and the price extremely fair. They've immediately become my go-to for any window repairs I have from here on out."

Kept me up to date on how long before windows were in from mfg. Thanks to Alecia. Thank you Hector, Julian & Jacek the installers. Actually wore covers on their shoes. No dirt. "After a delay in shipping my windows were installed by 3 technicians from Glass Guru. I live in a high rise building and am on the 11th floor which worried me a bit. Unfounded worry because they were precise every step of the way and I love them. Well worth the wait. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.
