"We had a front door glass get busted and really didn't know who to call as it was a custom piece. We called Glass Guru and they came out right away. They did an amazing job of communication and explaining the process. The install crew was ontime and did great! I was surprised a little bit by the time it took from getting the quote to install but considering it was tempered glass with custom shape and size it was understandable. All in all outstanding service. I am always high on businesses that say what they do and do what they say. Glass Guru will get all our glass business if we ever have future glass needs."
"Glass Guru did an absolutely wonderful job on my Mother’s sliding glass door!! It was not opening without a LOT of resistance, and they came on time and removed the window and replaced the faulty rollers/wheels and cleaned everything. Then their expert invited us to give it a try! It has never opened more smoothly! We would recommend and will actually be getting a quote on another issue soon!"
"Glass Guru was great to work with in many ways! This was our second experience with the company. They fixed some items on my Mother’s sliding glass door, so we had them come estimate putting in a new door at our house, 1.5 miles away in NW Wichita!
They were prompt and gave us several options, recommending one of the more practical doors with less expense and frills within our budget and widely chosen! Their estimate was more than fair, and they gave us expectations of the wait time to special order (our doors were wider than many) and returned to put in the door when it had been foreseen to be available! They removed our old doors and put in the new white vinyl-framed glass doors (Polaris thermal weld plus) within two and a half hours. They cleaned AS they worked and left us with beautiful, easily sliding doors!! The charge was exactly as estimated!! Totally happy and felt confident with their experience and the longevity of the company! Staff was personable and professional at all times from office to technicians/installers/estimators!! Will readily recommend Glass Guru to friends and family!!"
