I couldn’t find what I needed for repair at the local hardware store, and since we were expecting inclement weather anyway, I called The Glass Guru.

The young lady that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She got me on the schedule right away. The repair man even called me on the day of to let me know he was running early and would be glad to come out before the scheduled appointment if I wanted him to.

This guy has extensive experience and knew exactly what he was doing. He made the repair look simple and got the job done in no time. Not only that, but he was able to answer other questions that I had about the front door glass.

I will not hesitate to call these guys any time I have a glass problem!"

Gentleman came when he said he would, gave us a dollar amount and an estimated time for the glass to arrive and for the company to install. Dollar amount was correct. Estimated arrival time was correct. Installation by a second gentleman was performed quickly and efficiently, and both of the two men were personable and polite.
